Thanks for providing a link. This is caused by having too many links in the menu. There is a finite amount of horizontal space in horizontal menus. To address this you need to consolidate links using drop down menus.

That's not normal. Without a URL to your site, I can only guess that it either has to do with an edit you made, a plugin you're using or maybe a theme setup step that was overlooked.

Okay, this is what he looks like in forefox http://i45.tinypic.com/2emd0tu.jpg. In ie its all the way on top of the image. And so on all web browsers but chrome
