I haven't tested this, but you can give it a try...

Open up "calendar.php" and change all instances of...

$prev_year

...to this...

$prev_day

...and change all instances of...

get_the_time('y')

...to this...

get_the_time('d')

How will the boxes show day and month not year ?

If you're going to insert it that way, you'll want to use the following...

<?php get_template_part('searchform');?>

You can throw it in "index.php" above the //CALENDAR Stuff section, but please keep in mind you'll have to do additional edits to achieve proper styling, etc. using CSS.

I just want to add search in front page, but can't figure it out where should i put this line:

I want it to be just before the calendar. I am using regular front page. Or am I doing something completely wrong?

Unfortunately that customization requires a bit of work and goes beyond the level of support I'm able to provide here on the forums. You'll need to make adjustments in "style.css", "single.php" and in the "custom.js" files and the tabs feature is fully integrated into the theme files.

I can't find the code mentioned in step 2 in my style.css ... the word lightbox doesn't appear in my style.css at all... am I looking in the wrong place?

I would like to have a single tab in the side of single.php, followed by the sidebar.
I have been able to remove the parts that I don't want to display, and I want to have the gallery in the "details" tab.
But I'm not able to move it, it only shows up in the second "more" tab.

We have multiple events per day, all within a single month.
Currently there is a black box at the beginning of the month.

What I would like to do is have a black box with the "Day Date" listed before the numerous events of each day.

How would I change the current month box to show up daily?

Ok creating a parent category called "all events" and selecting that in the themes options panel seems to have fixed the issue on category pages, but the main event slider on the homepage is still in reverse chronological order. Any suggestions? I also changed the permalinks like you suggested.

Hi, I have the same issue.

I enter text into
Appearance > Theme Options > Footer

However, this text is styled differently from the text just above it, which is a copyright line.
Where can I make sure the CSS for the copyright line applies to the 2nd line of footer text?

Right now, I have to edit the footer.php to get what I want. I have no plugins installed.

Open "single.php" and remove line 30, which looks like this...

...and also remove lines 72-76, which look like this...

Couple things...

1. Make sure the event parent category is selected in the theme options panel.

2. It's recommended that you choose an option on your permalink settings page to make the URLs look nicer, which may impact this issue.

i also just noticed that the featured slider is also displaying the fartherst in the future posts, rather then which event is chronologically next.

LOVE the theme, its kickass. Everything seems to be working fine except this one issue. events.lostinsound.org is my site and if you click on http://events.lostinsound.org/?cat=23 you can see that the category is displaying with posts that are the farthest in the future displaying first. I am sure this is a simple fix but its driving me nuts because the most recent events are buried at the bottom of the page.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! Here's what you need to do to turn on caption support for prettyPhoto...

1. Open "functions.php" and on line 40 locate the following...
   echo'<li class="wrapperli"><a href="'.$atturl.'">'.$attimg.'</a></li>';

   ...and change it to the following...

   echo'<li class="wrapperli"><a title="'.$atttitle.'" href="'.$atturl.'">'.$attimg.'</a></li>';

2. Open "style.css" and under the "LIGHTBOX STYLE" section on line 18, add the following...
   div.pp_default .pp_description {line-height: 27px !important; color: #333;}

That should allow prettyPhoto to use the "title" field of the image.

I am still having trouble with my captions showing up in the galleries. Could someone let me know what I may be doing wrong or how I can display them? The picture galleries are nearly worthless without context.

While you can add css to the theme to modify the plugins appearance.

its not related to the theme, it adds its own html/css/js to appear which we do not support other plugins because its not our own code its the plugin developers, which is why you need to contact them for support on modifying it.
