Oh, haha. The avatar is pulled from your Gravatar settings attached to your email address. If you don't have a gravatar setup, it creates a random one for you.

You can setup your gravatar settings here: http://en.gravatar.com/ -- just be sure to use the same email you're using here in the forums.

Hi there,

There's a favicon field in the Theme Customizer panel. Just paste the URL to the favicon image you want to use there.

Hi there,

Gotcha. The keyword is used for the actual CSS font-family. So, when you enter the 'orbitron' example above, it would end up looking like this in the markup...

h2 {font-family: 'orbitron',sans-serif;}

Again, that's just an example.

i had previously put it in header. php, but feel better about having it not inserted in a template (if i was ambitious i would create a child theme).

i didn't use the keyword, but just curious what that is used for.

Hi there,

In the previous version of the theme, the instructions were provided in the old theme options panel. Unfortunately the WP Theme Customizer doesn't allow the ability to enter descriptions, which I think is a short-site by WordPress.

Anyways, using the Google fonts site - http://www.google.com/fonts - you can enter the information for the Google font you want to use. For example, if you wanted to use the orbitron font, you would use the following for the api settings (provided by Google)...

<link href="http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Orbitron:400,700" rel="stylesheet"" type="text/css">

and you would use the following for the keyword (provided by Google)...

orbitron

These settings are optional of course.

on the theme customization page there are two boxes: Google Font API Link and Google Font Keyword.

What exactly gets entered into those boxes? I can't find any documentation on how to embed a Google Font using those boxes.
