I thought I was purchasing a Wordpress theme, as that is what I had searched for. But apparently, I downloaded an HTML only theme?! What can I do to get the Wordpress theme?

I tried your troubleshooting, but I think that I just bought the wrong version. Please help me.

to give an overview where some of our 360° panoramas where made, I tried to install the "WP Google Map" plugin on skyfly-pix.de. An error message showed up on the page where the map was implemented. The message was that JQuery Version > 1,7 is required and that I should try the Plugin option "Over-ride current jQuery with version 1.8.3 (Tick this box if you are receiving jQuery related errors)".
This worked, however after some time I realised that the slider on the homepage is not working any more. Do you see a posibility to have JQuery > 1,7 and the slider working with your theme?

Hi Chris. I've always loved this theme and ended up buying it after the free version from Themeforest lost its functionality. Unfortunately, I've never gotten it to work since it was updated. When I go to the "Customize" screen, everything looks great, but upon going to the home page of the site, nothing shows up. Please help. Site is located at newconceptrenovators.com

i update my wordpress into 4.1 with automatic update and update wave into 1.6.0, with manual update (upload the zip file into themes). after that i re-customize my seetting.

After Customizing, slider, carousel etc not working i already deactivated all plugins, and it's still not showing anything except menu on the top, logo and copyright on the footer.

please help, what do i need to do thank you in advance.

I want to use nextgen Gallery in Wave 1.3. It works well except for one point. If I click on a image it opens two times. First as a nextgen Gallery and second as a standard detail view. How can I fix this issue?

I think i took out too much when altering the footer - aiming to take out the admin details so that they wouldn't display on my site, after updating and reloading I'm now looking at a blank white screen??

do you have a copy of the original stylesheet i get when downloading the theme??

please advise - i could either install/ reinstall - but that would take up too much of my time already spent...

Theme options are now controlled by the WordPress theme customizer.

The old OptionTree framework has been completely removed, so updating should be a breeze. Theme options are accessible from "appearance" > "customize"

TO UPDATE THE THEME:

1. Download the latest version of the theme from your downloads page on ThemeForest.
2. Using an FTP tool, navigate to the themes folder in your WordPress installation.
   

   yourdomain.com > wordpress folder > wp-content > themes

3. Replace the old theme folder with the new one via FTP.

You'll need to re-enter your theme settings on the theme customizer page.

The theme arranges the slides down the length of the page, as well as the secondary image menu that has been set up. Navigation isn't functioning either. Please let me know what I can do to fix this, great theme other than this issue which I've had for a while.

Apologies for another newbie Q - just installed the Wave theme and the Site Title is not showing. Basically the menu (currently set to fixed absolute) and the Home page slider are fused together - the Site title should be displayed in between, per my understanding. any suggestions as to what is wrong my setup? Also want to center the Menu options but can't - they are left justified. Thanks in advance for your help. -- Bill

I want to show photo sessions in my posts, so besides the featured image I want to have a gallery inside of each post. I see that I can insert a gallery in a page, but not in a post.
Do I have to create a page for every new post and link them? Is there any plugin suitable to do this with the WAVE theme?
I have the Good Old Gallery installed but it doesn't do anything to my posts.

Hi - since the most recent update of the Wave theme, the lightbox is no longer working throughout our site. I have tried everything including turning off all plugins to see if there were any conflicting plugins but nothing has worked. Your help would be greatly appreciated since this is a portfolio site and the template is useless without the lightbox feature.

Version 1.5.0 of Wave adds support for OptionTree version 2.x by having the plugin built into the theme. What this means is that you no longer need to have OptionTree activated as a separate plugin.

Also, improved code and replaced deprecated WP functions.

Hello, I am currently experiencing a problem with your slider. I added the post with the featured image just like in the tutorial and even added the category but for some reason it's blank and just has a circle loading. I did all the updates, even tried it without plugins and it's giving me the same results.

I'm having troubles with videos related stuff.

I would like to use a still image as the "featured image" (first post : NILUS) for a post and when clicking on it, open the lightbox with the video inside. Is it possible to do it that way? I tried to install several plugins but it looks like the theme has the priority over any plugin of that sort.

The second thing (Polish Hammer) is if I just use the theme option "Media Embed Code (YouTube, Vimeo, or Google Maps) - posts only" then I have an issue when clicking on the post link : a still is above the embeded video...

And finally, How do I remove/hide the vimeo infos just under the thumbnail) (Polish Hammer thumbnail)

With the WAVE theme everything works fine but the Lightbox function doesn't work with vimeo as it should.
When you click on the features image it just keep loading. It does with youtube but I use vimeo and really need this.
