I thought I was purchasing a Wordpress theme, as that is what I had searched for. But apparently, I downloaded an HTML only theme?! What can I do to get the Wordpress theme?

Hi the Molitor,

to give an overview where some of our 360° panoramas where made, I tried to install the "WP Google Map" plugin on skyfly-pix.de. An error message showed up on the page where the map was implemented. The message was that JQuery Version > 1,7 is required and that I should try the Plugin option "Over-ride current jQuery with version 1.8.3 (Tick this box if you are receiving jQuery related errors)".
This worked, however after some time I realised that the slider on the homepage is not working any more. Do you see a posibility to have JQuery > 1,7 and the slider working with your theme?

Hi there,

After reviewing this theme, I've decided that it needed to be retired and will no longer be supported.

The truth is this theme doesn't generate enough revenue to justify the cost and time it takes to maintain and support it. It used a lot of jQuery plugins that are no longer supported as well, so if I did update the theme, it would require EXTENSIVE rework and restructuring just to get it to display like it use to.

That's odd. Try adjusting each setting on the Customize page. This will help "reset" the options and might make something click into working.

Hi Chris. I've always loved this theme and ended up buying it after the free version from Themeforest lost its functionality. Unfortunately, I've never gotten it to work since it was updated. When I go to the "Customize" screen, everything looks great, but upon going to the home page of the site, nothing shows up. Please help. Site is located at newconceptrenovators.com

I'm getting a "server not found" message when trying to load your site. Maybe that's the issue?

Sometimes when you're doing an update from an older version, you need to "reset" your options. Be sure to toggle each of the settings that don't seem to be loading/working. You can do this simply by turning a setting off/on, saving, then turning it back on/off. You can reset text fields by adding/removing text, saving, and then removing/adding the text.

i update my wordpress into 4.1 with automatic update and update wave into 1.6.0, with manual update (upload the zip file into themes). after that i re-customize my seetting.

After Customizing, slider, carousel etc not working i already deactivated all plugins, and it's still not showing anything except menu on the top, logo and copyright on the footer.

please help, what do i need to do thank you in advance.

Like I said, there really isn't anything about 4.1 that should cause any issues (i.e. there were no code changes that would impact themes like that). This is really just a matter of making sure the theme is properly setup/configured.

On your documentation, you don't speak about OptionTree Installation, but use appearance > customize.
I found on the forum some people use OptionTree and try it.
Slider appear, but I have some javascript bugs: some customizations options disappear.

I disable OptionTree and now, I have some javascript bugs with incomplete parameters :

No media and no text.
I don't understand how to create the home page.
I check all the theme options on the Customize page and nothing appear.

The starting content is not clear and the installation guide don't explain how to use to start.

Don't worry about the media files. Those are not intended to be copied over and used on a live site anyway. The demo file is just meant to provide you some starting content to see where posts/pages are used and see how they're organized.

Also, be sure to review the theme options on the Customize page (appearance > customize).
