How would I go about customizing the slider space? I would like to display a custom image in that space, which would act as a button. Where would I make the edit?

Hi, my website is http://www.disasteraidusa.org. I have the WordPress AID Version: 1.2.2 installed and bought the new AID theme. When I go to install it on my theme dashboard, I get the following message:
Unpacking the package…
Installing the theme…
Destination folder already exists. /home/content/a2pewpnaspod05_data06/68/41604868/html/wp-content/themes/wpaid/
Theme installation failed.

I have tried it 100 different ways. Can someone please help me? I called wordpress support and they can't figure it out.

Hi there...great theme...I'm really enjoying putting mine together...My issue is with the blog previewer, instead of filling the preview, it is showing only one line or part of one line. I will take my site off of maintence mode temporarily so that you can see...

Just bought the AID theme. The front page slider doesnt work - or I cant get it to work. I have no problems with the footer slider.

Hi - The alert box has "!.png" in as the graphic to the left. I can't seem to find where in the css this graphic is chosen. I'd like to replace this with a graphic form the library.

Open up "scripts.js" and locate the following on lines 637-645...

The auto setting is listed in SECONDS not milliseconds as it normally is. The default value in this theme is 7000 SECONDS. Adjust accordingly to auto: 7 for 7 seconds.

I would like to change the display order of columns in the mobile version in the template Aid. At the top, I would like to have news article. Below a news article I would like to have the left and right column.
At this moment, the news are displayed on the bottom.
How can I change this?

Wanting to use the footer carousel to show sponsors logo which then will hyperlink to their websites but don't want any of their info showing up in the 'Post" section. I would prefer to leave the "Post" section for our water project related info. Is there a way to do this?

I have the latest version of Aid and Wordpress version 4.5.2.

Everything seems to be working OK but I have just notice the message "No theme CSS loaded" appearing at the top left of the page.

I am not sure if this has been there for a while or only since the site upgraded to 4.5.2.

what is the max width for the logo? because we tried to put a logo with the width of 1000px the problem is the menu overlays to the logo.

why is it that when I set the slider on our wordpress customization menu the pictures wont appear and the articles wont appear to the slider

Recently this site was hacked http://assistingchildreninneed.org
It has been restored by the security provider (Sucuri) however, now the home slider is not working anymore. Site was created about 3 years ago and I want to avoid updating the theme since I edited code and I can't remember what I did, so I don't want to get rid of option tree and potentially screw things up.

Any thoughts of how to get the slider back up? All the posts for the home page slider are okay- correct category, featured images etc.

I have a problem regarding site title and tag line.

I don't like to put a logo on the website for the mean time and I want to place site title and tag line. But it won't show up and it always show's the default "Wordpress Aid" image. I tried to put an image for example in the logo plus the site title and the tagline but still the site title and tagline didn't show up. I have under the logo no image but still the default one is showing.

The home page slider no longer works. It used to work just fine until earlier this month, sept 2015.

I cannot find the reason. From what I see in other posts here, this can be fixed by resetting the length of time between slides - set it to 0000, then back to what you want - or by doing similar to the alert message;s number of days to hide alert. Neither of these worked for me.

My organization wanted to increase p text size site wide, which i did in custom css. unfortunately, that messes up the style for the News (Posts) page.

I had a issue with the main slider on the Aid theme just displaying LOADING. After more gyrations and time than I'd like to admit, I found that under - Customizing, Slider, Auto Rotation Speed - the default was 0000 when I changed it to 0 everything worked great. This worked with a test site on Godaddy and one on 1and1. Then when I went back in and changed it back to 0000 it still worked properly. Maybe I missed something in the documentation (which is excellent by the way). I know I saw something about toggling the alert box days.
It is working for now, just thought I'd let you know.

I was contacted from http://www.siriri.org, where I worked and did the website. They did not update the wordpress core and the theme for about three years.

Now, they updated the core and plugins (including Optiontree), but not the theme. After the update, the upper slider disappeared (and the bottom slider stopped sliding and aligned the pictures one under another). And in the admin, alert box "Update Option tree to the latest version" remains, despite the plugin IS installed in the newest version and there is no chance to update it more.

I tried to update the theme by deleting the old version (and Optiontree plugin) and uploading the new version via the ftp. It did not help with the missing slider and on top of that the background colours disappeared as well. (You cannot see it now, I restored the old version.)

Needless to say, the slider posts are in the correct form, visible via the admin, in the correct section and with correct dimensions.

I know it is a bad case, but could you help please? In fact - the NGO did not find the account details for themeforest and they bought it for the second time, so you have one customer for the price of two, which is not that bad deal, I guess :)

Theme assumption is that every page has a category, but CMA question don't have to (in / themes / wpaid / include / breadcrumbs.php):

Temporaily I've added a condition before echo to check wheter $cat is not empty.

This should be fixed by the theme developers.

I have updated my site http://www.vivaavida.org with the latest AID theme 2.0.1 but the homw Slider just says 'Loading...' constantly. I have checked the advice in this recent post: http://www.themolitor.com/forums/topic/slider-images-do-not-display#post-31894 but I couldn't get it to work. I have images set to right size, posts set correctly I believe, not sure what is going on.

Any help much appreciated.

Need help in fixing this problem. The space and background color for the slider display on the Home Page with a message indicating the slider images are loading, however the images never appear. I have confirmed the existence of the slider images and corresponding posts. However, in the WordPress Administrative page for the site, the slider images also do not appear in the window for Appearance/Theme.

The header with the map pattern is not showing the gradient in IE. It works in Firefox. In IE, the entire background defaults to whatever I have the "banner bottom color" set to - black, in my case. I have updated Option Tree and WordPress, but no change so far. Thank you for any help you provide.

I am in the middle of updating my webpage to the Responsive Aid Theme and am having problems with my images not displaying correctly. Is there something I need to do? Add a certain plugin or ????
