An update was made due to vulnerability issues in the previous pop-up gallery system that I used. Instead of finding another plugin to replace it, I built my own.

since update to latest version arrows are not visible in gallery , cannot scroll to the next photo.
Also background in Firefox is black , photo in center/ center , in Safari background is white photo centred /top
any suggestions ? it must be black, center/center . When change Hex in background image nothing changed...

Hi there,

You can achieve this by doing the following...

1. Create a category for each group you would like to have (i.e. "South America", "Africa", etc.).

2. Assign you posts to the appropriate categories.

3. Add the category links to your menu via the Menu page manager (appearance > menus).

Hi I like your theme very much and I was looking for quite a while before purchasing, toggling between the html site and the wordpress site. In the end decided to get html site but I am disappointed to find this does not work on small screen whereas the wordpress version does. Am I doing something wrong or is that why it is cheaper?

Is there a useable gallery function for those of us not using the Wordpress version? I just bought the HTML version, as all my sites run on HTML, and the gallery isn;t that great.

Hi there,

Disabling map scrolling is strongly discouraged as it would essentially render the map unusable. There should be enough space above and below the map to effectively scroll the page on mobile devices. Additionally there is not currently a quick method for targeting mobile devices only and disabling the scrolling feature of the map. This is something that would require a customization request as there is a bit of research, writing and testing involved here.

Hi, I want to know how to disable map zoom on scroll on mobile devices. Because it's hard even impossible to scroll on mobile. When I try to scroll on mobile, it zooms the map, instead of scrolling down. Please tell me where is the setting or how can I disable map zoom on scroll for mobile devices?

Hi Your demo for the navigator has a welcome message displayed when visiting the root or homepage of the site, if this is paid for custom work then this should not be used on your demo, as this implies that its included in what you buy. Please advise if this is true that your demo includes things that you cannot achieve without paying for additional custom work?

If not, can you please supply some instruction as to how the welcome message box is achieved on the home page as I can only work out how to get this if you use category descriptions but this will not work for the homepage/root.

One final question. The map will load fine when I got to http://www.dililah.org/index.html, but when I go to http://www.dililah.org, the index.html file loads but the map doesn't load. Is there a place I need to put this script so that when a user types in just dililah.org it will still show the map on loading?

Google now requires that all map applications provide an API Key. Here's what you need to do:

1. Visit this page to get an API Key

2. Once you have your API Key, You need to change the following line in the header of each file from this...

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?v=3.13&sensor=false"></script>

...to this...

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?v=3.13&sensor=false&key=YOUR_API_KEY"></script>

Be sure to replace "YOUR_API_KEY" with the API Key you generated in step #1 above.

I see your site has all the demo posts/pages, which means you properly imported the demo content. I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about the images because those will need to be replaced anyway (they're just placeholders).

I recommend that you start adding your own content using the existing posts as a reference. Just be sure to upload images to the post and assign a featured image.

This morning I followed the standard wordpress installation and imported the file according the 3 steps you described.
Result is the same as what I described above!

Unfortunately I'm not familiar with one.com, so I'm not able to provide support/instructions for how to use their system.

I highly recommend using the standard WordPress import feature, which is easily accessible from your WordPress dashboard.

1. Once you're logged into your WordPress dashboard, navigate to "Tools" > "Import" and select the WordPress option.

2. You might be prompted to install a plugin. Follow the steps provided.

3. Import the demo content and check the box that reads "download attachments".

That should do the trick.
