To keep the process of managing/creating gallery pages simple, you need to upload/attach images to each page you want them displayed. This means you may need to upload the same image twice if you want it to display twice on your site.

Regarding that 404 link, that is not my service/pdf/link, so I can't provide support for that. Hope you understand.

Hi. I tried to create a gallery by uploading images and it works well.
However, I would like to create a page gallery using existing images from the media library and I didn't figured out how to do this. Is it possible? How?

I visited your site and it says "Account Suspended"...

To edit the menu/tab text, open header.php and locate the <!--TAB STUFF--> section. Below that you'll see all the names applied to the tabs. For example, on line 53 you'll see this...

<?php _e('MENU','photopharm');?>

...on line 63 you'll see this...

<?php _e('MORE','photopharm');?>

Regarding the images used in the tabs, you can control those in style.css on lines 99-105...

Hi, this is my webiste http://www.patya.pl/ i have two queastions, how can I change icons for meny box and where to change it ? also when i hover my mouse on each of them it is in English i need to change this as well how ? I have no idea where is the content for every box in menu except Home which is in Menu area in wp-admin, how can I edit ''More'' content and like I said before change ''more'' to something else, :) for the first time i have this kind of difficulties seting up only menu :)

I followed the previous thread where you instructed to add #mesh {background:none;} to the css file, however I get no results after the revision. Am I missing something? I see the dots are an overlay, so does that overlay need to be removed? I'd really like to get this theme to work without the dots which tend to obscure the fine detail in my photos. Thanks!

Figured it out! Sorry to spam you – in my testing I had inadvertently put the same image from a single post as the background for my category "all" so it was taking priority over the default background image.

Hi there – sorry, I had change the behaviour of the site and use a static page instead of recent posts (some of the work was going to be featured/linked to from another website starting this morning), so you won't be able to see what I was talking about, however hopefully my description above made more sense than the first time, so you understand what I mean.

The static page is an acceptable solution, but I'd still rather it just load the recent posts and use the site default background image as the background, so if you know a solution that would be wonderful. If not, I'll live ;)

The site is at photo.palegreenstar.com if you want to see what I mean in that second post. It wasn't so much a second item, as opposed to a possible workaround on the first item – the page will load with the "List" tab/square pre-selected instead of the menu square.

But in regards to the first response – I don't have a "header images" in my customize menu. What I do have is a "General" tab where I can set one single default background image – is that what you're referring to? But the issue I'm having is that this image isn't what displays when I set the page to load recent posts. I see the background image from the most recent post instead. (If you want to see that behaviour I'll have to adjust the settings on the backend first, since right now it's set to show you the scenario from the first paragraph.)

Hi there,

The latest post page will show the "header images" you have assigned on the Customize page. WordPress (by default) does not have a featured image option for category/post-listing pages like that, so taking control of the background image for those pages would require custom development.

Regarding the second item, can you provide a link to your page? I'd like to get a better understanding of the issue you're having.

Just to add – if I set the website to load a static page instead of recent posts (in the customize menu), but leave both dropdown menus blank, the website default background loads – which is exactly what I'd like – however the page loads with the list tab pre-selected. Perhaps a solution would be to force the home/menu tab to be pre-selected when the page loads, if this is possible?

I'll have to ask that you check your edits/customizations as I am not able to troubleshoot the theme if it has been heavily modified.

Hello,
When I am writing something in comment window and if I am using "<-" any arrows in my keyboard my background image becomes big and the view looks like this, like in the picture I am sending: http://my.jetscreenshot.com/25973/20160517-yv7m-105kb.jpg
At the bottom, on the right you will see he gives me image name and arrows.

The probem is that writing comments I can not use arrows from my keyboard, otherwise I will get some strange window and the person will be surprised, who writes the comment

I did a test page (Gallery Test) and didn't have any issues.

Just to clarify, you need upload images from the page edit screen. If you're inserting images from your media gallery, that doesn't attach the images to the page.

When you upload, the image gets stored in a database with a page ID assigned to it. The gallery system grabs all images with the same ID as the page being displayed and shows them in the gallery. In order to remove images from the gallery, you need to delete them from your media library (i.e. delete them from the database).
