Hi - I appreciate Brick + Mason is an old theme but I'm still running it at http://www.acambridgediary.co.uk and would like to update my logo that's on the header. The facility to do that under Customise Theme is no longer there unfortunately. Is there a simple alternative to do this? I'd be very grateful. Thanks from the UK :)

Your testing site (http://test.themolitor.com/bm/) is now broken like mine.
The circle is keep showing but it won't load posts in other page.
I've try to disable "lazy load" which announce with wordpress 5.5, but nothing change.
Any idea?

Brick + Mason theme: It seems with the new wordpress version 5.5 the masonry doesn't work correctly as well as the slider revolution plugin.
Masonry error example: https://www.theflacks.co.za/birds/bar-throated-apalis/ (they don't fall into place.. see gaps)
slider revolution: https://www.theflacks.co.za/ (doesn't display)

I am setting up a new website and re-discovered the Brick + Mason theme which I have bought a few years ago. I installed the latest version 1.4. The homepage is set up to show the latest 50 posts. When I load the homepage it shows 20 posts to start. When I scroll down I see the small circling icon in the corner, then a few more posts load. This goes on until I count 60 posts in total, then it stops loading more posts. Right now I have about 125 posts though. How do I load the rest of them? Even a "next page" link would be ok.

I'm noticing other pages on your site load fairly quickly. The loading issue appears to be mainly related to your main page.

The demo site for this theme is loading almost instantly, which indicates this definitely seems to be an issue specific to your site/setup for that main page.

— Have you made edits to your theme files?

— Maybe try deactivating plugins that might be loading only on your home page?

We add images to our posts by going to media, attach, select post.
When images are enlarged it is using the post title and not the image title, caption or alttext.
Have a look, everyone of of the images on this page has a different title but they only show the page title on the enlarged image not the image title: https://www.theflacks.co.za/birds/cape-vulture/.
Please let me know how to make this possible?

Our site was rolled back after hosting changes and I'm looking for fix up our menus. When I got to edit Appearance>Menu it simply brings me back to the home page after I hit save changes. No changes are saved. http://www.jamesdavidsonarchitect.com.au

The caption should be pulling the caption section from the image file. You can view this on the image edit screen from the media section of your WordPress dashboard.

You're using a very old version of the theme. The latest version (v1.4.0 - May 2015) is available on your downloads page on ThemeForest. Also, OptionTree is no longer used.

Hi, I checked back on my site this week and none of the post headlines are showing on the homepage timchester.com - any ideas? WP is telling me "The OptionTree plugin is required for this theme to function properly. Install now." but clicking on install now it says it's up to date. Any help appreciated - thanks

Hi, I've been using your brick & Mason theme for a while now and love it - thanks. I have a question though which I hope you can help.
If you go to my website at http://www.acambridgediary.co.uk and click on any post (they are all photographs by month) and then click on any picture, there is no forward or back button to browse that month's pictures. What happens is that it opens a window with just that single image and you have to use the browser to exit and then go back through the whole process to select and view another picture. I'm sure this function was there before but it seems to have disappeared.
Do you have any advice please that might restore the ability for users to browse forward and back?

The images in the gallery have the following styling...

#postImgs .postImg {
    float: left;
    margin: 0 30px 30px 0;
    width: 280px;
}

You can copy/paste that into the Custom CSS box on the Customize page and make edits there.

Hi there,

When images are uploaded from the post edit page, the ID for that post is added to the images meta data. The gallery system then looks for all images that have the same ID as the current post and displays them all in the gallery grid layout.

Images can only be detached/removed from the gallery when that file no longer exists in the media library (i.e. must be deleted).

Regarding the error message, I see you're linking to an image attachment page. How are users getting to that page? If you're getting there from an image link, be sure to use "image file" and NOT "attachment page" for the gallery settings.
