I guess they don't want to upgrade it. I know it's not cool but personally, I love IE and use IE8 on all my machines. I think it's about time that they start forcing people to use newer software. The fact that it's a couple of generations old and while IE8 still has a few kinks to work out, IE7 works great along with Firefox and Chrome. It's almost like people refusing to go from VHS to DVD.
