Two titans come to battle it off to the end. In one corner, we have Tabasco (crowd cheers), and in the other corner, ketchup (boooo). I myself am partial to Tabasco. I strongly believe that the only thing ketchup belongs on is french fries (unless they are cheesy fries, and in that case, tabasco wins). But that is what we are here to decide: which condiment can be used on more foods, Tabasco or Ketchup?
To decide, I will list the many foods that can be used with Tabasco (in my honest opinion). It’s up to you, ketchup boy or girl, to defeat me. Let the battle begin! Moo ha ha haaaaaa…
- Eggs
- Bacon
- Sausage
- Hash Browns
- Tacos
- Burritos
- Nachos
- Spaghetti (trust me, it’s good!)
- Cheesy Fries
- Cheeseburgers
- Beef Stew
- Buffalo Wings
- Chicken Sandwhich
- Grilled Cheese Sandwhich
- Mac and Cheese
- BBQ Pork
- Veggie Platter with Blue Cheese or Ranch
- More to come (if necessary)

I’m more of a ranch man myself. Or some spicy mustard. Personally I don’t care for tabasco, it just tastes like hot vinegar and I’m not fond of vinegar so there you have it. And I never put ketchup on fries, it just goes on burgers and hot dogs for me. So between the two, ketchup pitches a 2-0 shutout.
One thing you may or may not have considered is that tartar is surprisingly good on fries. Especially some good, thick steak fries.
Ranch is good and I totally agree with you about tartar sauce and fries. Ketchup on hot dogs is just nasty though.
Tabasco on any food is nasty if you ask me.
Tabasco is the sause of the gods! If not for Tabasco, where would our space program be. We would’ve lost to the Soviets. Nothing like Tabasco on a cheese omellette to start the day right.
Ketchup is to blame for Apollo 13.
But some emergency tabasco got the astronauts back to earth safely?
