How dare you point out my typos when I’m in the middle of pointing out yours. You should be ashamed.

And it’s not just me that feels this way about Sony. Check out this little tidbit I found on a financial web site.

“My only CAPS pick driven primary by spite. I love my PS2, but I’ve been severely put off by the contempt that Sony’s shown for its customers.

I could argue that because Sony operates in highly competitive markets, ticking off the customers will ultimately affect the bottom line.

But mainly it’s the spite thing. “
