Worth1000.com had a Photoshop contest that I entered into. The premise was to use a picture of a barn in any way you see fit (image below). Being a huge Lost fan, I decided to incorporate that into my theme (image on the left).
I received a “B” and a gold star for my entry (whatever that means). While I guess that is pretty good for a first time entry, I would like to have been placed in the top 3 (I placed 4th 5th). Oh well. 
You can compare the before and after images to see how I went about making the picture. I decided not to go into too much detail about how I made this image since I used a lot of the techniques I talked about in my previous “The Making Of” post.
Note: if you click the “photoshop contest” link, you can see all the other entries in the contest. Some of them are pretty awesome. Others, well, not so much.
Very nicely done. I assume that Locke found a huge cache of Darma cheetos inside.
I think you should have beaten the 4th place guy, but honestly, you were outdone by the first 3.
Far better than I would have done, however. I would have just photoshopped my face in the window.
By the way, when is Lost supposed to be back on the air?
Not till January, which is lame. I guess it will be nice to not have any re-runs during the season though.
